Kaysie is a private client solicitor and a Partner at Hart Jackson & Sons.

Kaysie specialises in all aspects of private client matters.

Kaysie has knowledge and experience of dealing with trusts and estate matters covering all aspects of administration, from straightforward estates through to complex estates with a foreign element or business or agricultural property and deed of variations.

Kaysie is experienced in drafting wills, estate planning, trusts, powers of attorney and court of protection matters.

Kaysie has experience of dealing with sales, purchases and re-mortgages of property and land in the residential and agricultural sectors.

Kaysie graduated from the University of Manchester and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. Kaysie previously worked at Citizens Advice.

Kaysie has been with the firm since 2015 and qualified as a solicitor in 2017.

Kaysie recognises the importance of compassion and prides herself on providing a friendly, professional, and supportive service to her clients. Kaysie is a Dementia Friend through the Alzheimer’s Society.

Outside of work Kaysie enjoys spending time with her young family in the Lakes and has an interest in martial arts.
