Jeremy Tennyson

Partner

Jeremy is a litigation solicitor and a Partner at Hart Jackson & Sons.

As a partner and head of the litigation team, Jeremy is a highly experienced litigator and undertakes a wide range of civil litigation including personal injury, land disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, Inheritance Act claims and contract disputes.

Jeremy prides himself on providing a professional high quality service to his clients. His focus is to help clients to resolve disputes as quickly and costs effectively as possible, exploring alternative methods of resolving disputes such as mediation and arbitration where appropriate.  Where disputes cannot be resolved through alternative means Jeremy is an experienced advocate before the Courts and tribunals.

Prior to joining Hart Jackson & Sons in 1999 Jeremy worked for several years in the insurance industry. Jeremy is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

In his spare time Jeremy’s interests include song writing, fell walking and mountain biking. He is an accomplished guitarist and a school governor.
